Well, that's done it. Due to the spate of spam comments on this blog, I've taken the rather drastic measure of hiding all existing comments and disabling future ones. Sorry about that, but I'm tired of hunting them down one by one.

In any case, I really haven't had the time for interaction with you readers, and my apologies for that. I put up these notes as a reminder for me on what I did right (and wrong), and also to help any of you out. I'm not really good at online technical support, but that's not my job anyway.
